Despite providing free and prompt support, we acknowledge that some people require extra support either because they find the tutorials overwhelming, require urgent assistance with specific issues or can’t wait for the reply schedule of our Free Support. For such users, we have a Private Support package. With our Private Support, you’ll be live (real-time support) with a Hovatek Representative.

How does the Private Support work and how much does it cost?

To initiate a Private Support request / session:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] requesting for Private Support
  2. In your message, ensure to state the issue you require Private Support for then standby for a response
  3. You should get a reply in less than 15 minutes confirming the amount you’re to pay and given a go-ahead
  4. Once we have received and confirmed payment (takes less than 1 minute), a Hovatek Representative will contact you on your requested support platform and the session will begin.
