For such users, we have a Private Support package. With our Private Support, you’ll be live (real-time support) with a Hovatek Representative.
How does the Private Support work and how much does it cost?
To initiate a Private Support request / session:

- In your message, ensure to state the issue you require Private Support for then standby for a response
- You should get a reply in less than 15 minutes confirming the amount you’re to pay and given a go-ahead
- Once we have received and confirmed payment (takes less than 1 minute), a Hovatek Representative will contact you on your requested support platform and the session will begin.
