Despite providing free and prompt support, we realize that some people require extra support either because they find the tutorials overwhelming or require urgent assistance with specific issues. For such users, we have a Private Support package.
How does the Private Support work and how much does it cost?
With our Private Support, you’ll be live (real-time support) with a Hovatek Representative. To initiate a Private Support request, simply contact us on any of our support platforms or send an email to [email protected] requesting Private Support.
